This beta notice is staged for legal review before external-founder launch.

Information collected

CVP may collect founder identity and business contact information, venture profile and operating information, business financial information needed for assessment, project information, supporting evidence, application/candidate information where applicable, and security/audit metadata.

Purposes

Information is used to authenticate users, operate CVP, assess founder/venture/project readiness, verify claims, support remediation and projects, match resources, secure the platform, maintain audit records, and produce approved outputs.

Sensitive-data boundary

The beta is not designed for PHI, personal bank records, personal tax records, SSNs/national identifiers, consumer credit files, broad KYC/AML identity repositories, background-verification data, or psychometric/personality profiles unless a separately approved process expressly authorizes them. Accidentally submitted deferred-sensitive data may be quarantined from scoring and normal workflow.

AI

AI may assist with organization, analysis, matching, orchestration and recommendations. See the AI notice for the current boundary.

Storage and access

Operational records, evidence, protected evaluation data, published packages and audit records are separated by system boundary and accessed according to role and purpose.

Retention and rights

Retention depends on record type, legal obligations, security requirements and workflow status. Requests concerning access, correction or deletion will be handled subject to applicable law and records that must be retained for security, audit, contractual or legal reasons.

Changes

Material changes may result in a new version and renewed acknowledgment.
